This tutorial was written by me on August 28th, 2013 and was written assuming you have a general knowledge of PSP.  You will need the following supplies:

"Hi JinX" is a wonderful tagger-size kit for Halloween and it's adorable!  Created by Vicki of Gemini Creationz, you can purchase it from her store HERE.  Thanks so much Vicki!

Mask #205 by Gems Taggin' Scraps.

Font: I used Needleteeth Spooky, HERE.

~~ Remember to save often! ~~

Place the mask in your PSP mask folder or a folder of your choice.

Open a new image, 750 x 750, white background.

From the kit, open frame2 and resize 80%.  Copy and paste as a new layer.  Using the magic wand, click inside the frame.  Selections > Modify > Expand > expand 5.

Open Paper 10 and resize 70%.  Copy and paste as a new layer and move below the frame.  Invert selection and tap delete.  Do not deselect.

Open hauntedhouse and resize 55%.  Copy and paste as a new layer above the paper and arrange on the left side (see my tag for placement).

Open tree and resize 40%.  Copy and paste as a a new layer and move below the house.  Arrange as shown, on the right side of the house.

Open ghost and resize 15%; copy and paste as a new layer below the tree.  Free rotate 12° left.  Duplicate, mirror and resize 85%.

Add the other elements, I used:

count: resize 60%, then 95%
witch: resize 55%, then 95%
emopup: resize 40%
eyeball: resize 10%, then 70%
moon: resize 40%
funkyswirl2: resize 40%; duplicate, mirror and resize 85%
starscatter: resize 60%; duplicate

Apply drop shadow to all elements, I used H&V 2, Opacity 62, Blur 10.

Hide background layer and merge visible.  Unhide background layer and add a new raster layer.  Select all.  Copy and paste Paper 4 into the selection.  Deselect and apply Gem's mask #205 and merge the mask group.

Crop and resize your tag.

Add your name, using Needleteeth Spooky font, size 90, stroke 0, colour #f4f260.  Apply drop shadow of choice; I used H&V 2, Opacity 62, Blur 5.

Add copyright info and save as a png.  Enjoy your new tag!

I love to see what you make with my tuts, please email your creations to me HERE.

Hugs, Carol♥
